When you use the AlleyCat PhotoStation, we may collect the following information:

• Email Address: Collected for the purpose of digital delivery of your photographs via Google Drive.
• Photographs: Captured during your session at our station.
• Order Data: Details regarding your purchase, payment status, and selected print options.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information specifically to:

• Deliver digital copies of your photos to your provided email address.
• Organize your photos into secure, order-specific folders on Google Drive.
• Process and fulfill your print orders.
• Improve our hardware and software spooling efficiency.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Digital photographs are stored in our local daily spoolers and archived in temporary Google Drive folders. These links are typically intended for a 30-day retrieval period. We recommend downloading your photos immediately upon receipt of your digital gallery link.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize the Google Workspace API (Gmail and Drive) to process and deliver your digital assets. Your email address and photos are processed through Google's secure infrastructure. We do not sell or trade your personal information to outside marketers.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your photographs from our local archives or Google Drive folders. Please contact us at hawksnest@alleycatphoto.com for such requests.

6. Security

We implement technical measures, including automated spooling and secure API integrations, to ensure your data is handled safely. Access to our management console is restricted to authorized personnel only.
