1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the AlleyCat PhotoStation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AlleyCat PhotoStation provides automated photography services, including physical print fulfillment and digital delivery via Google Drive. Services are provided "as is" and are subject to hardware and network availability.

3. Digital Delivery

Digital delivery is a convenience service. While we strive for 100% delivery success through our GMailer system, we are not responsible for:

• Incorrect email addresses provided by the user.
• Emails filtered as spam or blocked by the user's provider.
• Connectivity issues preventing the upload to Google Drive.

Note: Google Drive links are temporary. Users are responsible for downloading their content within 30 days of the order date.

4. Physical Prints

Prints are processed through an automated spooling system. In the event of a printer malfunction or paper jam, our staff will attempt to fulfill the order manually. Refunds for physical prints are at the discretion of the on-site management.

5. Content Usage

By using the station, you consent to the capture of your image. Photographs are for your personal use only. AlleyCat PhotoStation does not claim ownership of your personal images but retains the right to store them temporarily for fulfillment purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

AlleyCat PhotoStation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost digital assets or delivery delays.
